Job Title:

Institutional Excellence Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4 years or more of experience.

Job Description:

Identifying performance indicators for all sectors of the concerned entity, evaluating and documenting related results, participating in preparing guidelines and instructions related to implementing performance management activities, and preparing, presenting, and archiving specialized documents and reports related to institutional performance.

Functional Tasks:

Organizational Tasks:

• Contributing to preparing the operational plan for the Excellence Department in line with the work plan of the Strategy Implementation and Strategic Business Development Department of the Strategy and Institutional Excellence Department, based on the directives of the direct manager.
• Contributing to defining key performance indicators and continuously monitoring progress when assigned by the direct manager to ensure achieving the set objectives.

General Operational Tasks:

• Independently executing prepared activities, approaches, and tools and providing support to team members when needed.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including departments, government and private entities, and consultants, to collect data, ensure its accuracy, and analyze it.
• Preparing reports based on guidelines to facilitate decision-making.
• Performing other activities as necessary.

About the Council:

The Cooperative Health Insurance Council is an independent Saudi governmental body with legal personality, established by a Council of Ministers decision in 1420H. It is specialized in supervising the application of the Cooperative Health Insurance System with the aim of providing and regulating healthcare for all private sector employees and their families.
