Architectural Engineer Required – Residential and Commercial Designs

Location: Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: Full-time

About the Position:

An architectural engineer with creativity and enthusiasm is needed to become part of our consultancy team in the Eastern Province. You will be relied upon to transform client demands into innovative architectural ideas that are feasible and compliant with all local regulations and Saudi codes.

Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and needs, translating them into architectural designs that meet their desires and exceed their expectations.
• Preparation of architectural designs (preliminary sketches, renderings, and facades) for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring design compliance with local regulations, Saudi building codes, and urban planning requirements in the Eastern Province.
• Monitoring transactions and procedures for approvals through the "Baladi" platform and relevant authorities until the sketches are approved.
• Preparing tender documents and visual presentations (3D) for project presentations to clients in a professional manner.
• Coordination with other engineering specialties (civil, mechanical) to ensure the completeness of the designs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in architectural design and preparation of rendering sketches within the Kingdom.
• Requirements: Comprehensive and precise knowledge of local regulations, urban planning, and building systems in the Eastern Province.
• Software: Proficiency in basic engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit) and architectural visualization and modeling software (such as 3DS Max, Lumion, or D5 Render).
• Personal Skills:
• Excellent communication and listening skills for smooth interaction with clients.
• Ability to solve technical problems and develop innovative ideas.
• Commitment to delivery deadlines and quality of presentation.
• Registration: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
