Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor specializing in Air-Cooled Chillers, District / Temporary Cooling Plants, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The successful candidate will oversee site operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, routine inspections, and the reliable running of temporary and permanent cooling installations across key projects in Saudi Arabia.

• O&M Supervision: Lead daily operations and preventive maintenance (PM) programs for temporary cooling plants, air-cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and heat exchangers.
• Plant Operation & Monitoring: Monitor system performance, pressure differentials, fluid temperatures, and refrigerant levels to ensure optimal energy efficiency and cooling output.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform swift root-cause analysis and execute corrective actions for mechanical failures, compressor trips, pipe leaks, and control valve malfunctions.
• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Plan, execute, and document scheduled weekly/monthly servicing routines (coil cleaning, oil/filter replacement, electrical checkups).
• Team & Site Leadership: Supervise on-site technicians and mechanics, ensuring strict adherence to work permits (PTW), HSE guidelines, and client safety standards.
• Reporting & Logs: Maintain accurate daily operational logs, maintenance records, equipment health reports, and spare parts inventory.
