Logistics Services Coordinator

Tracking shipments (sea/air/land) from supplier to delivery
Coordination with customs brokers and ports
Following up on clearance procedures through the Saber platform
Preparing and reviewing documents (Invoice – Packing List – COA – MSDS)
Following up on and handling delays or holds
Executing and following up on administrative tasks (reports, archiving, transaction tracking)

Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience – Major: Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Logistics
Basic knowledge of clearance or shipping
Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Accuracy, organization, and willingness to learn
