Document Controller

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client requirements. Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents Ensure proper document control support is provided in line with project requirements Register, track, and distribute documents using the document control system Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy) Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and easily retrievable Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation Support in preparation of reports, transmittals, and correspondence Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific procedures Archive project documents in accordance with retention policies

Bachelor s degree or Diploma in a relevant field Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in infrastructure or construction projects Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects is preferred Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.) Good understanding of document management processes and workflows Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
