· Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries.

· Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards.

· Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.

· Help manage ingredients, inventory, and hygiene standards.

· Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
