Job description
Manage and monitor multiple IT infrastructure projects across different sites.
Supervise and coordinate technicians, installers, and subcontractors at project sites.
Plan, assign, and follow up on daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
Perform site monitoring and ensure execution of work as per project scope, drawings, and standards.
Configure, install, and troubleshoot networking devices including:
- Routers
- Switches
- Wi-Fi access points
Support implementation and maintenance of LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity across sites.
Oversee installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic infrastructure.
Supervise installation and maintenance of CCTV and related low-current systems.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and internal departments for site progress and issue resolution.
Ensure required materials, manpower, and tools are available at the site.
Monitor project timelines, highlight risks or delays, and take corrective actions where needed.
Maintain project documentation such as progress reports, configuration records, site reports, testing reports, and handover documents.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are followed on all sites.
Support testing, commissioning, client sign-off, and final project handover.
Proven experience as a Project Site Manager, Site Engineer, Network Site Supervisor, or similar role in IT/ELV/low-current projects.
Strong experience in managing field technicians and multiple project sites.
Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of:
- Routers
- Managed switches
- Wireless access points / Wi-Fi systems
Good knowledge of:
- Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless)
- Fiber optic systems and cabling
- CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure
- Structured cabling and site installations
Ability to read network diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings.
Strong leadership, coordination, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Networking, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, network/wireless certifications, or fiber/CCTV certifications are preferred.
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and site project management.
Hands-on and technically strong, not only supervisory.
Able to configure devices directly when required.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working on-site with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Willing to travel between project locations as needed.
