Reservation Agent

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information. Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out. Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only. Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience. Basic English skills are a must. Strong passion for the Hospitality Field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers. Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
