• Keep up to date with fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.

Certified in Group Exercise Instruction (ACE, NASM, REPS, or equivalent).

• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt classes for varying skill levels and member needs.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule, professional, and reliable.
