HSE Manager

The HSE Manager leads health, safety, and environmental management for road and infrastructure projects. The role ensures compliance with HSE policies, legal regulations, and international standards to achieve a zero incident environment.

Your role

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management System.
• Lead safety teams, inspectors, and officers across all project zones.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Approve risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct HSE orientation, training programs, and competency evaluations.
• Manage reporting of KPIs, safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the entire workforce.

Bachelor s in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences. 10 15 years HSE experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years managerial. NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills. Experience with large scale road and highway projects.
