Experience: Minimum of 7 10 years experience in telecom quality assurance, inspection, or compliance.
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom systems, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead inspection teams and enforce compliance.
Analytical Skills: Ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to provide clear guidance and liaise with inspectors and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving compliance issues and ensuring project integrity.
