Senior Inspector Telecom & IT

The Telecom Quality Assurance Supervisor is a seasoned professional responsible for leading a team of Telecom Inspectors to ensure all telecom activities meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards. He provides guidance and oversight to inspectors, manages their performance, and acts as the final authority on compliance for telecom projects. This role ensures that stakeholder activities align with organizational objectives and industry regulations.

Your role

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide Telecom Inspectors, ensuring effective performance and adherence to standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all telecom activities conducted by stakeholders comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Oversight: Act as the final authority on compliance for telecom projects.
• Inspector Guidance: Provide technical and procedural guidance to inspectors reporting to him.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate inspector performance, ensuring consistent quality delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders to resolve compliance or quality issues.

About you

Experience: Minimum of 7 10 years experience in telecom quality assurance, inspection, or compliance.

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom systems, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead inspection teams and enforce compliance.

Analytical Skills: Ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to provide clear guidance and liaise with inspectors and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving compliance issues and ensuring project integrity.
