Lawyer

"Experienced lawyer required with no less than 5 years of experience

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality and hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia

• Must hold a valid practicing license registered in the roster of practicing lawyers at the Ministry of Justice

• Ability to use computers

• Experience with all government platforms and appropriate practical experience in commercial cases and corporate law

• Experience with Saudi corporate law and the ability to provide legal opinions and prepare reports and recommendations for management

• High skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal memoranda, commitment, confidentiality, good organization, and taking responsibility

• Must be residing in the Eastern Region in the city of Dammam

• Must have a private means of transportation
