Production Engineer

Design and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear production schedules, ensuring alignment with supply chain and inventory management.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.

Develop and maintain production documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing of safe locker design and manufacturing is must,environment is essential for effective contribution.

Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a strong advantage, showcasing commitment to process improvement.

Experience with CAD software and production planning tools, enhancing your technical capabilities.
