Finance Manager

Job Summary

A highly skilled Finance Manager is sought to lead the financial functions of the company, establishing robust financial systems that support growth. This role encompasses comprehensive responsibility for financial planning, monitoring, compliance, cash flow management, and providing precise financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports, along with quarterly performance reviews against forecasts.
• Management of cash flows and working capital to ensure liquidity during growth phases.
• Oversight of the complete accounting cycle (bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings).
• Ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations in the Kingdom, including VAT (15%) and Zakat.
• Managing relationships with government entities, banks, and external auditors.
• Development of pricing and profitability models for SaaS products and analysis of key performance indicators such as recurring revenue and gross margin.
• Building internal control systems and financial policies, and developing reporting tools.
• Supporting contract negotiations and financing from the financial side (financing, banking guarantees, payment terms).
• Management of payroll and entitlements in compliance with GOSI regulations.
