Working alongside the Educational Team Leader, you will help oversee a team of specialist teachers delivering a personalised educational programme for a small group of students. The Role:
- Support the Educational Team Leader in the day-to-day leadership of the education team
- Supervise and support a team of specialist teachers
- Help develop and implement a personalised educational programme aligned with students' academic and personal development goals
- Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student progress
- Coordinate timetables, schedules, resources, and educational activities
- Lead regular team meetings and contribute to staff development initiatives
- Liaise with schools, educational specialists, and other stakeholders as required
- Prepare reports and provide updates on student achievement and programme outcomes
- Occasional travel within Saudi Arabia may be required

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent)
School leadership qualification (such as NPQSL, NPQH, or equivalent)
Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, curriculum design or similar preferred
Proven leadership experience within a school or high-quality educational setting
Experience managing and supporting teams of educators
Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and student progress monitoring
Experience with British, American, IB, or other international curricula
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Professional, adaptable, discreet, and culturally sensitive approach
Flexibility to adapt to unconventional schedules and demands of the role.
