Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, including managing platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Handle UAE labor compliance requirements, including MOHRE regulations and contract management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates across all government portals.
- Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts in line with local labor laws.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Support policy updates and communicate changes across the organization.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date HR documentation and employee files.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance and documentation readiness.
- Implement document control processes and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Coordinate new hire documentation, orientation, and system setup.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, in Saudi Arabia and preferably in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of KSA labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad) is a must.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and MOHRE requirements is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling employee contracts, payroll inputs, and HR administration.
- Attention to detail and documentation control.
- Good communication skills in English, and Arabic is must
