Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and maintain the project survey control network and benchmarks
Review and approve contractor survey methods, procedures, and setting-out plans
Verify alignment, levels, coordinates, and layouts for roads, utilities, bridges, and infrastructure works
Supervise and audit contractor survey teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensure all survey activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Saudi standards
Review and validate survey reports, as-built data, and measurement records
Coordinate with design, construction, and discipline engineers to resolve survey-related issues
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions by contractors
Support progress verification and certification based on accurate survey data
Monitor use and calibration of survey instruments and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during survey works
Assist in dispute resolution related to levels, boundaries, quantities, and alignment issues
Support preparation and review of as-built drawings and handover documentation
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on survey and right-of-way matters
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure and road projects
Proven experience in PMC or consultancy roles is mandatory
Strong knowledge of road geometry, utilities, earthworks, and infrastructure surveying
Proficiency with modern survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
Familiarity with Saudi standards, municipal requirements, and local practices
