Business Development Manager (wedding planner)

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Luxury Wedding Planner (Saudi Arabia) ????????????We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our luxury wedding planning business and convert high-value enquiries into confirmed bookings. What you’ll do· Secure premium wedding clients across Saudi Arabia· Manage enquiries from first meeting to signed contract· Build strong relationships with luxury venues and top-tier vendors· Negotiate bespoke wedding packages while protecting margins

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in wedding planning, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, identifying market trends, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to provide top-tier wedding services. Additionally, the candidate will manage budgets, oversee event execution, and ensure client satisfaction with the aim to grow business relationships.
Qualifications· Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation· Experience with Wedding Planning, Event Coordination, and Vendor Management· Strategic thinking and ability to identify market trends and sales opportunities· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills· Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning· Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and manage multiple projects simultaneously· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred· Previous experience in wedding planning or event management in a professional setting is an advantage
