What would your day-to-day look like:
- Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
- Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines. This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners goals and success metrics.
- Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Product Implementations: Lead product implementations and delivery for diverse accounts, including project and stakeholder management, maintaining documentation, executing user acceptance testing and issue triaging.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.
