We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist (Saudi National) to support project reporting, performance monitoring, data analysis, and management information activities for a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely project reports, consolidating data from multiple disciplines, developing dashboards, and providing meaningful insights to support project management and executive decision-making. The Reporting Specialist will work closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Quality, HSE, Planning, and Client teams to ensure project information is consistently captured, analyzed, and communicated across all workstreams, including passenger terminals, runways, taxiways, cargo aprons, aircraft stands, utilities, external infrastructure, and airport operational facilities. The role requires experience in project reporting, performance analysis, dashboard development, and data management within major infrastructure, aviation, or construction projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Project Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for project management and client stakeholders.
• Consolidate project information from engineering, construction, planning, commercial, quality, and HSE teams.
• Ensure reporting aligns with project KPIs, contractual requirements, and management expectations.
• Monitor project performance and highlight key achievements, risks, and critical issues.
• Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.

2. Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect, validate, and analyze project data from multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted information before reporting.
• Identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain reporting databases and project performance records.

3. Dashboard Development & Visualization

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor project performance.
• Prepare visual presentations using charts, graphs, and key performance indicators.
• Support executive reporting through clear and concise data visualization.
• Update dashboards regularly to reflect current project status.
• Improve reporting formats to enhance clarity and usability.

4. Progress Reporting

• Coordinate with Planning and Project Controls teams to capture project progress.

• Monitor planned versus actual performance across project work packages.

• Support reporting on:

• Engineering progress.

• Construction progress.

• Procurement status.

• Testing & Commissioning.

• Quality performance.

• HSE performance.

• Identify schedule deviations and support reporting of recovery actions.

5. Executive & Client Reporting

• Prepare executive summaries, management presentations, and client reports.
• Produce high-quality reports suitable for senior leadership meetings.
• Ensure reporting complies with client templates and project governance requirements.
• Support preparation of Steering Committee and Executive Committee reporting packs.
• Coordinate reporting requirements with client representatives.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with:

• Project Controls.

• Engineering teams.

• Construction Management.

• Commercial teams.

• QA/QC.

• HSE.

• Contractors.

• Consultants.

• Client representatives.

• Follow up on outstanding reporting inputs.

• Ensure timely submission of information from all project disciplines.

• Support effective communication across project teams.

7. Documentation & Information Management

• Maintain reporting records, project logs, and management documentation.
• Organize reporting templates, meeting minutes, and performance records.
• Ensure document version control and information consistency.
• Support project audits by providing reporting documentation when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of project information.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, and dashboards.
• Support automation of reporting activities where possible.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices for project reporting.
• Promote consistent reporting standards across the project.

9. Digital Reporting & Systems Support

• Utilize project management and reporting tools to support performance monitoring.
• Assist in integrating reporting with project control systems and digital platforms.
• Support data extraction from project management software.
• Ensure reporting systems remain updated and reliable.
• Assist in developing business intelligence solutions for project reporting.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project reporting, project controls, performance monitoring, or management reporting.

• Proven experience supporting major:

• Airport developments.

• Infrastructure projects.

• Transportation projects.

• Large-scale construction programs.

• Experience preparing reports for senior management and client stakeholders.

• Experience working within:

• Delivery Partner environments.

• PMC organizations.

• EPC projects.

• Client-side project teams.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of project reporting principles and performance management.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

• Proficiency with:

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced).

• Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Power BI.

• Microsoft Power BI Report Builder (preferred).

• Primavera P6 reporting.

• Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and present information clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple reporting deadlines.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience supporting international airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Experience working under FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks.
• Experience supporting Design-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models.
• Knowledge of BIM-enabled reporting and digital project delivery.
• Professional certification in Project Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics is an advantage.
