• Professionally greet and interact with customers, whether in-person or via phone and various communication channels.
• Prepare price quotes and follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
• Monitor potential customer inquiries and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management regarding performance and potential growth opportunities.
• Coordinate customer requests with relevant internal departments to ensure order fulfillment according to agreed requirements.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries and feedback in coordination with relevant management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Update customer data and continuously monitor the status of quotes and requests.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
• Prepare reports related to sales and customers as needed, and maintain accurate records of customer data and requests in the system or relevant files.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the position as directed by management.
