A leading training and development center in Riyadh announces its desire to recruit an "Operations Officer" to join the team immediately, to manage and organize the center's daily activities and ensure the training process runs at the highest quality standards.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Preparing and scheduling training courses and coordinating appointments between trainers and trainees.
- Operational Supervision: Following up on logistical preparations for training halls (whether in-person or virtual online).
- Customer Service and Support: Receiving inquiries from trainees and companies, and resolving daily operational problems quickly and efficiently.
- Issuing Certificates and Reports: Supervising the issuance and approval of attendance certificates, and submitting periodic performance reports to management.
- Internal Coordination: Linking the sales department, trainers, and management to ensure an integrated training experience.
Required Conditions and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of administrative or operational work experience (preference for those with a background in training centers, institutes, or the education and services sector).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in dealing with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word), and appointment scheduling systems.
- Legal Status: Priority for those with a valid residency that is immediately transferable, or those who have a legal status that allows them to work immediately with full flexibility.
- Personal Skills: High organizational ability, ability to handle work pressure, and excellent communication skills.
