Job description
The Finance & Accounts Head KSA will be responsible for leading the overall finance function, including strategy, funding, compliance, controller ship, and business partnership for operations in Saudi Arabia and supporting GCC expansion. The role requires deep expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, treasury, and stakeholder management while aligning with Group objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, and ROI-driven decision-making. Partner with leadership on expansion and investment decisions. 2. Fundraising & Capital Management Lead debt/equity fundraising, manage banking relationships, structure financing solutions, and optimize capital structure and cost of funds. 3. Treasury & Banking Manage liquidity, working capital, FX exposure, and banking relationships across KSA and GCC. Oversee guarantees, LCs, and credit facilities. 4. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with ZATCA (VAT, Zakat, WHT), GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other Saudi regulations. Maintain statutory records and corporate governance standards. 5. Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow. Ensure IFRS-compliant financial statements and deliver MIS, dashboards, and Board reports. 6. Commercial & Business Partnership Support pricing, costing, contract evaluation, and project profitability. Drive revenue assurance, credit control, and asset utilization. 7. Audit, Risk & Internal Controls Establish strong internal controls, manage audits, and ensure risk mitigation frameworks are in place. 8. Leadership & Team Development Build and lead the finance team, drive accountability, and develop a strong compliance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (Indian CA preferred), CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance). 12 - 20 years of experience with at least 5+ years in KSA/GCC. Experience in capital-intensive industries such as heavy equipment, infrastructure, or industrial services preferred.
