Accountant and Government Relations Officer

A family contracting company located at Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road – Al-Shumaisi, Riyadh is looking to hire:

Accountant and Government Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit VAT declarations.
• Handle requirements from ZATCA and tax declarations.
• Experience with Wafeq accounting software is preferred.
• Manage and monitor the company's financial and accounting operations.
• Engage with services from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development / Labor Office and Qiwa Platform.
• Interact with GOSI services.
• Manage and follow up on passport and Muqeem transactions.
• Monitor the renewal of residencies, work permits, and related government services for employees.
• Engage with electronic government platforms and services related to the company.
• Follow up on government transactions and resolve any related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 to 5 years within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Practical experience in accounting, VAT, and zakat.
• Good knowledge of work and residency systems and social insurance procedures in the Kingdom.
• Practical experience in dealing with Saudi government platforms.
• Preferred to have previous experience in the contracting sector.
• Ability to work independently and follow up on transactions until completion.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
