Responsibilities and Main Duties
- Preparation and development of architectural designs, conceptual and detailed, according to technical requirements and established engineering standards.
- Management and coordination of design drawings with other engineering teams and relevant parties to ensure compliance and execution according to the schedule.
- Preparation of construction drawings, 3D models, and material lists while considering quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
- Participation in design reviews with clients and regulatory bodies, ensuring continuous communication to meet requirements and specifications.
- Support technical supervision during execution and field monitoring of sites according to best engineering practices.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and technical evaluations for projects and provide technical and economic recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A university degree in architectural engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited educational institution.
- Proficiency in Arabic, with a good command of technical English for effective communication and reading specifications.
- Previous experience in a design and execution environment with a willingness to learn and develop skills in collaborative work.
- Basic knowledge of using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant modeling programs.
- Understanding of basic concepts of construction, regulatory requirements, and safety standards and regulations.
- Availability for relocation within Saudi Arabia based on work and training requirements.
