Accountant – Onyx Pro ERP & Advanced Excel

KAZUKO is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Jeddah. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on experience using Onyx Pro ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, inventory accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting management with accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations using Onyx Pro ERP.
• • Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• • Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• • Perform bank reconciliations.
• • Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• • Monitor inventory transactions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• • Review purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, and inventory transfers.
• • Prepare monthly financial reports.
• • Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• • Prepare VAT-related reports and support tax compliance.
• • Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.
• • Create and maintain Excel reports and dashboards.
• • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments.
• • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• • Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• • Strong hands-on experience with Onyx Pro ERP is mandatory.
• • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• • Experience with inventory accounting.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • High attention to detail and accuracy.
• • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• • Good communication skills.
• • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience: Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, or E-commerce industries. Languages: English (Good); Arabic (preferred but not required). All nationalities are welcome. Applicants must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
