Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems and perform heating and cooling load calculations.
- Prepare shop drawings and select appropriate equipment according to project specifications.
- Review and approve materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Supervise on-site installation and monitor quality of work.
- Conduct testing and commissioning and troubleshoot system issues.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and prepare technical reports while optimizing energy efficiency.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems for buildings and equipment.
- Ability to effectively manage and supervise technicians and external contractors.
- Good understanding of occupational health, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare maintenance reports.
