This listing is the front door to our senior professional network. It exists so that experienced operators can introduce themselves to us before a relevant mandate appears, rather than after.

You submit your CV and answer a short set of questions. The search team review every submission personally and once we create a role, our systems will auto flag your cv if its a match. If your profile maps to a current or pipeline mandate, we'll reach out for a confidential conversation. If not today, we retain your profile for future searches.

You will never be submitted to a client without your explicit written consent for that specific role. We don't circulate CVs. We don't list you in databases sold to third parties.

Senior managers, functional leads, and specialists with 8 20 years of experience across HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, Strategy, or Legal. You're not looking for a job today, but you'd consider the right one tomorrow if it came through a trusted channel.
