Lead Procurement Engineer - All Packages

Lead the end-to-end procurement process for all project packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans tailored to diverse package requirements, optimizing supplier selection and negotiation.

Manage complex contract negotiations, focusing on favorable terms, risk mitigation, and long-term supplier relationships.

Oversee the technical evaluation of supplier proposals, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architect Engineering

Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role within the energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.

Proven expertise in sourcing and procuring a wide range of packages, including mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and construction and Fit Out services.

Strong understanding of international procurement regulations, Incoterms, and import/export procedures.
