Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Requirements and Experience:
Previous experience in the safety and security field (Safety & Security Systems).
Strong experience in dealing with consultants and engineering offices.
Ability to manage and develop sales plans and supervise the team.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
High skills in negotiation, preparing technical and financial offers, and building customer relationships.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team and achieve the department's goals.
Prepare and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Follow up on projects and price quotations with clients and consultants.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Prepare monthly performance reports and submit them to senior management.
