Public Investment Fund Announces Executive Assistant Position
Job Details:
The Public Investment Fund in Riyadh announces an administrative position for experienced men and women holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in administrative specializations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing appointments, travel arrangements, record and expense keeping to ensure optimal use of senior management's time.
- Coordinate the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and briefings, and track meeting outcomes and follow up on action items.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, presentations, memos, and communications on behalf of senior management.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects and initiatives, and monitor progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and prepare and distribute relevant materials.
- Prepare meeting minutes upon request to ensure accurate documentation of decisions.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, seminars, and conferences.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Support building effective relationships with stakeholders and facilitate inter-departmental communication.

General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications such as CAP, CEA, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
About the Fund:
The Saudi Public Investment Fund was established in 1971 by a Royal Decree with the aim of financing projects of strategic value to the national economy. The Fund has contributed to financing vital projects in the oil, mining, agricultural fertilizers, petrochemicals, and electricity sectors, in addition to investments and projects inside and outside the Kingdom.
