Production Manager

Develop and implement monthly/weekly construction plans; track progress against targets and resolve on-site bottlenecks promptly.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment; manage work fronts, sequence interfaces, and cross-construction activities to maximize site productivity.

Manage factory module production and shipment schedules; oversee on-site receiving, stacking, lifting, installation, and associated works to ensure seamless factory-to-site handover.

Enforce construction method statements and technical disclosures; support quality inspections, HSE hazard identification, and rectification close-out.

Maintain site progress records, production logs, and subcontractor performance tracking; support project acceptance, handover, and defect rectification.

Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

Modular construction experience strongly preferred; Middle East / GCC work history highly advantageous.

English proficiency: able to communicate effectively in English for daily site coordination and reporting.

Understanding of Saudi labor and site compliance requirements.
