Main Responsibilities

Firstly: Accounting Operations

• Record daily entries and ensure their accuracy.
• Review all financial transactions before approval.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
• Monitor expenses and revenues.
• Prepare monthly closing entries.

Secondly: Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Prepare profit and loss statements.
• Prepare the general ledger.
• Prepare cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial variances and prepare recommendations.

Thirdly: Cost Management

• Monitor raw material costs.
• Analyze product costs.
• Monitor operational expenses.
• Prepare comparative reports between budget and actual expenses.
• Monitor cost centers.

Fourthly: Taxes and Zakat

• Prepare and review VAT returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare necessary documentation for Zakat or governmental entities.
• Maintain supporting documents.

Fifthly: Financial Auditing

• Ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Review expenditures and approve documentation.
• Monitor contracts and loans.
• Execute periodic audits and reconcile with records.
• Monitor fixed assets.

Sixthly: Payroll

• Review payroll processes.
• Reconcile payroll with contracts.
• Review deductions and replacements.
• Coordinate with HR regarding payroll matters.

Seventhly: Administrative Reporting

• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Prepare financial performance indicators.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Participate in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.
