AI / Data Engineer Intern

Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple sources such as APIs, databases, and files.

Work with structured and semi-structured data formats, including CSV, JSON, and logs.

Develop data models and support data storage systems like data lakes and warehouses.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation and transformation processes.

Write SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis.

Assist in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions to address business problems.

Build and support backend services integrating AI models into applications.

Contribute to proof-of-concepts and prototypes for AI solutions.

Work on NLP and LLM-based solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Support model evaluation, optimization, and deployment processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, AI specialists, frontend developers, and clients.

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (completed or ongoing).

Strong fundamentals in Python and SQL.

Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT concepts, and databases.

Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.

Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Basic understanding of NLP and AI applications.

Awareness of APIs, data ingestion processes, and backend systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
