Overall Job Objective:
Lead and integrate shared services departments to ensure the provision of professional administrative and organizational services that support operational processes, enhance institutional performance efficiency, and promote the company's image internally and externally.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Full supervision of the Human Resources department in all its functions (recruitment, hiring, payroll, performance, training, compliance).
- Management of the company's administrative affairs, facilities, and general services.
- Develop shared services policies and procedures and ensure their implementation according to approved regulations.
- Supervise support services (security, cleaning, administrative maintenance, hospitality, administrative transportation).
- Manage public relations and institutional communication with government and private entities.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and follow up on the budget for subordinate departments and control costs.
- Submit periodic reports to senior management on key performance indicators.
- Improve the employee experience within the company and raise the level of job satisfaction.
- Represent the company at related official events and meetings.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- A professional certificate (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in shared services or human resources management, including 3 years in a leadership position.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and related legislation.
- High leadership skills and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong ability to prepare reports and measure institutional performance.
