Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure and buildings projects.

Your role

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. 5 10 years QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects. Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools. Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
