Job Title: External Sales Representative – Dammam

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced External Sales Representative with at least two years of experience in sales within the Dammam region, to work on developing the client base, increasing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients in the field, building strong relationships, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Our company operates in multiple fields including trade, manufacturing, and logistics, and seeks to deliver sustainable value through innovation and quality performance, with a focus on developing long-term relationships with its clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Execute all field activities related to direct sales operations in the Dammam region.
• Continuously visit existing and potential clients to present products and services.
• Achieve specified monthly and annual sales targets.
• Present price quotations and follow up with clients until closing the deal.
• Prepare periodic reports on client status, market activities, and competitors.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and enhance their loyalty.
• Represent the company professionally in all visits and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure the best level of service is provided.

Skills

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in external sales within the Kingdom.
• Good knowledge of the Dammam market and customer patterns.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Valid driver's license + car (if available).
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft programs.
• High ability to negotiate and close deals.
