BIM Modeler (Civil 3D/Revit/CAD)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on water utilities. The role will involve developing and coordinating 3D BIM models and 2D drawings, ensuring alignment with project standards and supporting multidisciplinary design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Civil 3D and Revit for infrastructure projects
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, and MEP
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, including LOD and BEP requirements
• Perform clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues
• Extract quantities, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
• Update and maintain models based on design revisions and project requirements
• Support BIM Leads and project teams in delivery and documentation

Requirements:

• 3 to 10 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in infrastructure projects
• Strong exposure to water utility systems such as potable water, stormwater, and sewer networks
• Proficiency in:
• Civil 3D
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment
