Job Description
The National Center for Wildlife Development announces the availability of a practicing Legal Specialist position, to work on implementing legal tasks, drafting legal documents, and monitoring the enforcement of related judgments, systems, and regulations.
Main Duties and Tasks
- Conducting administrative investigations and auditing recommendations related to administrative violations.
- Preparing and reviewing legal memoranda and reviewing judicial rulings.
- Providing legal consultations and studies of various types.
- Drafting legislation, systems, regulations, and all legal documents (policies, controls, procedural guides).
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding and cooperation, assessing legal risks, and raising recommendations.
- Drafting and reviewing the Center's legal forms, including employment, procurement contracts, and agreements.
- Representing the Center before the competent authorities and managing the legal affairs of departments and internal committees.
- Reviewing draft systems, regulations, and bylaws in force, providing legal opinions, and proposing amendments.
- Handling all litigation procedures.
Work Experience
- Practical experience of not less than 4 years in the legal field.
Qualifications
