Engineer III - Sales & Marketing - NCC Energy - KSA

This position is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing and securing EPC, Industrial Services and Small Service Order opportunities through technical sales support, customer relationship management and solution-based selling. Collaborate with clients, OEMs and internal stakeholders to develop competitive proposals and expand market presence across Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Data Centers and other target sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new EPC projects and service opportunities through direct customer engagement and strategic account penetration.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM platform, support estimation and proposal teams, and improve bid win ratio.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer mapping, and develop business cases and growth plans for existing and emerging markets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, order intake reports, pipeline reviews and business development KPIs.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical workshops to generate RFQs and increase order conversion.
• Identify opportunities arising from Saudi Vision 2030, including Renewable Energy, Grid Modernization, Power Generation, Water, Data Centers and Hydrogen.

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
• Strong skills in business development, competitor monitoring, customer relationship management and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• HSE awareness and commitment to quality management principles.
