Job Description
GOWIN Office Furniture is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Riyadh.
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities across Riyadh. The successful candidate will actively visit office buildings, commercial projects, construction sites and business districts to identify potential customers and build long-term business relationships.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing corporate clients and creating business opportunities through proactive field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit office buildings, business parks, commercial centers and construction sites to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively approach companies and identify decision-makers, including procurement, administration, facility management and project managers.
- Develop relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, architects, property management companies and corporate clients.
- Introduce GOWIN’s office furniture products, showroom and services.
- Arrange showroom visits, project meetings and on-site consultations.
- Generate qualified sales leads through field visits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls and business directories.
- Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Maintain daily client visit records and submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Collect market information, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Gradually participate in quotation follow-up, project negotiations and order closing after completing product training.
- Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but practical sales ability is more important.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or B2B marketing.
- Experience in office furniture, construction, interior design, fit-out, building materials or real estate is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must currently reside in Riyadh.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh’s business districts and commercial areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-driven.
- Comfortable with frequent outdoor visits and field sales activities.
- Able to work independently and manage daily schedules.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps.
- Own vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
- Existing business contacts within corporate companies, contractors or project clients will be an advantage.
