About the Role

Our client, a leading technology and digital transformation company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients across different sectors. Multiple Sales Account Managers to cover the following sectors:

• Government Sector
• Retail Sector
• Hospitality Sector
• Charity & Non-Profit Sector

The role will focus on selling technology solutions, including hardware and software, while understanding clients' business requirements and providing suitable solutions to support their operations, efficiency, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and identify opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
