Job description
Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
Lead the technical design and development of complex ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, ensuring seamless integration.
Develop and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and development guidelines to maintain platform integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose innovative solutions.
Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Holds active ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Master Architect or multiple CSA/CAD certifications.
Demonstrates 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and development.
Possesses a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other key ServiceNow modules and their interdependencies.
