Company Description Golden Future Care Co., licensed by the SFDA since 2024, collaborates with over 40 suppliers worldwide and caters to a wide range of clients, including the Ministry of Health, government and private hospitals, institutions, and tenders. Golden Future Care specializes in diverse products such as orthopedic equipment, bone oncology solutions, hospital disposable devices, bone grafts, dental products, glucometers, and soft support supplies.
Role Description Golden Future Care Co. is seeking a full-time NUPCO / Governmental Tenders Representative for its office located on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected individual will manage and oversee the tendering process, liaise with governmental bodies like NUPCO and other relevant entities, analyze tender documents, prepare proposals, and ensure on-time submission of all required documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with government entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural standards, and tracking tender updates to attain business objectives effectively.
Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of governmental tenders, procurement processes, and NUPCO requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in navigating and analyzing tender documents and contracts Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for preparing documents and proposals Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required; fluency in English is highly advantageous Relevant experience in a healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical environment is preferred Saudi Nationality .
