Field Sales Representative

About Dorafyo

Dorafyo is a Saudi platform that assists restaurants and cafes in retaining their customers and increasing repeat visits through a points program and smart incentives. We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to lead our growth in the Saudi market from the ground up.

Role Summary

Responsible for the complete sales cycle: generating potential clients, presenting the product, activating the free trial experience, and closing paid subscriptions with restaurants and cafes. This is a field role at the entry level, working directly with restaurant owners and contributing to shaping our sales approach for the product.

Responsibilities

• Research potential restaurants and cafes and communicate with them (field visits, outreach, and follow-ups).
• Present detailed proposals for the product and explain the ROI for the restaurant owner.
• Activate the free trial experience (30 days) and follow up with the client until they become a paying subscriber.
• Achieve a monthly target of at least 8 paid subscriptions.
• Document all deals and common objections in the customer management system (CRM).
