Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a forward-thinking and proactive Manager - Construction to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Manager - Construction, you'll be responsible for coordinating and directing all construction activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols while driving the vision of Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, providing direction and oversight at all project stages.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project designs are executed effectively and within defined constraints.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards during the construction process.
- Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and community representatives, regarding project updates and addressing concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is compliant with specifications and identify any potential risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the construction team.
