Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of dishes, supervising and working alongside kitchen staff, and collaborating with the head chef to develop menu items. Furthermore, the role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating Knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety Teamwork, time management, and ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively Creativity and expertise in culinary artistry Exceptional knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen Formal culinary training or a related certification is preferred Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
