Job description
- Thoroughly review and analyze government tender documents, specifications, and scope of work for Fit-Out projects.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoff (BOQ) and analyze interior design and finishing engineering drawings.
- Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and conduct thorough evaluation of their proposals.
- Prepare and assemble complete technical and financial proposals in full compliance with government tender requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project financial risks prior to bid submission.
- Manage tender submissions and track updates through the Etimad platform.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle technical clarifications.
