Staff Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse) On-site, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is for experienced bedside nursing professionals to join a high-performing ward team and deliver excellence in direct patient care. Role & Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care: assess patients, administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and implement prescribed treatment plans. Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and other bedside interventions per protocol. Document all care accurately and promptly in Electronic Medical Records and update nursing care plans and shift handovers. Recognise and escalate changes in patient condition; coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions. Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety protocols, and medication-safety standards to maintain clinical compliance. Provide patient and family education, support discharge planning, and mentor junior nursing staff during shifts.
