Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Welcoming customers in a friendly manner and presenting the company's products professionally while reviewing their needs.
- Showcasing products and providing useful information about specifications, prices, and promotional offers.
- Organizing the workplace and ensuring displays are arranged according to approved sales and décor policies.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving problems quickly and amicably while maintaining service quality.
- Accurately recording transactions and payment processes and handling post-sale procedures according to policies.
- Contributing to achieving daily/weekly sales goals and submitting performance reports.
- Adhering to company policies regarding attendance, uniform, and customer service.
Qualifications (Suitable according to job requirements)
- Ability to learn quickly and interact with a diverse clientele.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work full-time as a trainee.
- Basic familiarity with point-of-sale software and inventory management systems will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is an additional advantage.
